Do I Have to Have a Paid Membership to Play at PB(973)?

NO, you do not need paid membership to play at PB(973). With the Free Code Access Membership, you can pay as you go or purchase our annual Code Priority or Code Senior 65+ and receive advanced booking windows, discounted court fees for open play, events, court rentals and more. All memberships are valid for 1 year from the day PB(973) opens or after opening from day payment is made.

Can I Cancel My Booking?

YES:
No charge when management cancels due to weather conditions or other unforeseen issues. No charge when 12+ hours' notice of cancellation is given for open play. No charge when 24+ hours' notice of cancellation is given for clinic and private lessons. Private Court Rentals cannot be cancelled but can be moved to another day and time with 48 hours' notice.

Question 3

If There Is an Open Court While We Are Playing, Can Our Players Sitting Out Use It?

Accepted Answer

NO, you may not use any court without a reservation for that court. Jumping courts will result in a fine. However, you can see if the court is available to rent and book it at that time.

If I Am a Pickleball Coach, but Not on the PB(973) Coaching Roster, Can I Book a Court and Give a Paid Coaching Lesson?

NO, this is not permitted. If you are interested in using PB(973) Club's venue to coach students, please contact us to discuss.

Can I Pick a Specific Court?

Accepted Answer

YES, you can select a court on the app before finalizing your payment, if the court is available at that time. Otherwise, the system will automatically assign a court.

Question 6

Can We Bring Drinks or Food?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can, but no drinks or food are allowed on the playing courts. Players can bring water onto the courts, but colored drinks and snacks should be kept outside the play area. We also have vending machines with food and drinks for sale. There is also a hydration station in the facility to refill your water bottle.

What Is Your Court Rental Rate Per Hour? (We Use the Player Share Model)

When you reserve a private court, the cost is split based on who is playing. The Court Rate for a Free Code Access Member is $52.00/hour, which breaks down to $13.00/share for a foursome. Our system automatically calculates the cost based on each player's membership type.
